Please request appointment sessions at least 24 hours in advance. For the best selection of session times book 7 - 10 days in advance. We must confirm your appointment in order to honor it. You will receive a reply within 24 hours on business days (usually within 4 hours).
Payment Policy
* Please note our Payment Policies when booking:
CASH OR CREDIT CARD PREPAYMENT (in the amount of the service price) or GIFT CERTIFICATES are acceptable forms of payment expected at the time of service being scheduled.
RESCHEDULING OF SERVICE(S) allowed with proper cancellation notice- please see full details including LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS.
NO REFUNDS GIVEN; however exceptions may be made via SERVICE CREDIT at owner’s discretion based on circumstances.
If you've been in an auto accident and/or hurt on the job and have PIP coverage you will not have any out of pocket expense.
Cancellation Policy
~ CANCELLATION you agree to give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.
~ NO SHOWS you understand there are no refunds for missed session.
~ LATE ARRIVALS you agree to be on time and understand that if you are late to your appointment your therapist will deduct that time from the remaining scheduled session. Therapist will reach out after 5 min to see if ok and on your way and if you are late by more than 15 minutes or no contact has been made during that time; the session will be canceled & no refund will be given for missed session.
•IF YOUR THERAPIST CANCELS last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, etc.- you will get your service RESCHEDULED along with a MATCHING SERVICE CREDIT equal to the initial service booked as we are all about HONORING ONE ANOTHER’S TIME.
~ You understand that a ‘session’ includes time for initial and post assessments, as well as allowing time for undressing and dressing (meaning actual table time can vary).
COVID-19, Illness, Injury & Accident Policy
~ My office is COVID COMPLIANT & I utilize proper sanitation procedures.
~ MASKS ARE OPTIONAL FOR CLIENT & THERAPIST.
~ I ask that you do not schedule a session if you are experiencing any flu like or COVID symptoms or if you have been in contact with anyone that has in the last 5 days.
~ NORMAL CANCELLATION POLICIES APPLY for ANY AILMENT/ACCIDENT/INJURY; including COVID (if needing to reschedule 24 hours.
Workplace Chair Massage
Workplace Chair Massage is available in Auburn, Bellevue, Des Moines, Federal Way, Kent, Renton, Seattle, Tacoma, Tukwila and surrounding areas (Workplace chair massage is also available outside regular hours).
